At the end of the day, happy tenants make for happy investors. When you call our office (during office hours or in an emergency), you’ll talk to a human being not a voice mailbox. We will do everything we can within our reasonable power to make you and keep you happy.

That said, stuff happens. Living in a rental is no different from living in an owner-occupied home. Pipes break, roofs leak, toilets backup, etc. We will do everything we can to get your issue resolved as quickly and professionally as possible.

Are you a tenant or prospective tenant that is interested in owning your own home one day? Talk to us. We regularly have homeowners that want to sell their rental and might be willing to offer you lease-to-own or seller carryback. We can always ask. The worst they can say is no.
